OCTC welcomes your Feedback.

We learn from our experiences and your feedback helps us to continuously improve our service or to recognize our achievements. Tell us how we are doing, what you find helpful or what we could do better.

OCTC is guided by many legal obligations such as the Personal Health Information Privacy Act and French Language Services Act. If you have feedback specifically about Privacy, you can follow the path outlined below or take your comments directly to the Privacy officer for OCTC (privacyofficer@octc.ca ) or if your comments are related to any components of French Language Services, it is important for us to hear from you and you can follow the path outlined below.

How to provide feedback:

  • Talk to your staff contacts at OCTC, or
  • Direct your comments to the Program Administrator (see program descriptions), or
  • Write your comments and drop them off at any OCTC site, or lastly
  • Mail your comments and address them to:
